I believe this was taken not too long after I had obtained the sparcstation 2
on the left-most table, piglet, May 20th 1999. I used debian for a while (a week?
a month or two?) and then moved to OpenBSD. You can tell the bootscreen
is OpenBSD's, not debian's, so this helps peg the photo in time. This is
also before I obtained the Mac IIcx, which would have been on top of the SS2.
The file date on this photo is July 16th 1999, so it was taken in
June or July of 1999?
The time and date are on pooh's monitor, tis just not legible :). |
