Joe, Chu, and me at talk by Reinhard Selten (of game theory, he,
John Harsanyi, and John Nash won the Nobel Prize in econ in 1994 for their
"pioneering analysis of equilibria in the theory of non-cooperative games").
Selten gave an introduction to directed learning theory and presented
his work behind impulse balance equilibria.
